Terms of Service
Last updated: August 28, 2026
These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the Swanbridge AI-native ETL platform, website, APIs, and related developer tools. By registering or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Swanbridge platform (including the Web UI, API Server, and MCP tools), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Use of Service & User Responsibilities
Swanbridge provides an AI-native data synchronization and transformation platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary legal rights, permissions, and licenses to connect, access, and transfer data between your integrated SaaS platforms and endpoints.
3. API Usage, Quotas & Fair Use Policy
Access to Swanbridge APIs (including via Model Context Protocol / MCP) is subject to rate limiting, authentication via scoped API keys, and the monthly quotas associated with your workspace subscription tier. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access for activities that threaten system integrity, attempt unauthorized reverse engineering, or bypass tenant isolation.
4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to your business data and connected accounts. Swanbridge and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform software, algorithms, interfaces, and branding.
5. Third-Party Services & API Dependencies
Swanbridge interfaces with third-party APIs (including Google Sheets, Notion, Jira, and Airtable). Your use of those third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. Swanbridge shall not be liable for service disruptions, rate limits, schema changes, or policy updates imposed by third-party platform providers.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis during Early Access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swanbridge disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data transmission, sync delays, or provider outages.
7. Modifications to Service & Governing Law
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect new features, security enhancements, or legal requirements. Material updates will be notified via our platform or email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. For legal inquiries, contact legal@swanbridge.app.
